Terms & Conditions
When booking with Sleep Dreams Australia I agree to the following:

I will follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS, AAP and WHO recommendations/ guidelines.

I will check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely, and to disclose any medical conditions to Sleep Dreams Australia.

My sleep assessment is for my baby only and should not be shared with a third party.

I will be provided with a Sleep Assessment within 24 hours of any consultation.

Support time for in home consults will commence right away. From a booked phone consultation, I will have 14 days to commence support time which will run for 7-14 days depending on the agreed package.
Payment:
The final package price will be determined after our initial phone consultation. Consultation bookings will not be made until full payment is received.
The total cost of the invoice must be paid prior to any home or phone consultations.
Any Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. Any cancellation prior to 2 business days will be entitled to a full refund.
Should illness or other unforeseen circumstances arise, and we are unable to go ahead with this booking, you will have 6 months to reschedule.
If you live outside Inner Perth suburbs located within 25km of the Perth CBD there will be an applicable travel fee.

Sleep Dreams Australia shall not be liable for any damages or injury, resulting from information provided by the Consultant.
Unacceptable Activity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you must not act in any way that we would deem to be inappropriate or unlawful, including but not limited to, using our website or other platforms to defame, libel or threaten us, our employees or other individuals.
Sleep Dreams Australia has the right to refuse to provide our services or for any reason.
Liability
Without limiting the application of the exclusions and limitations set out in this section ‘Liability’, to the extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will Sleep Dreams Australia be liable to you for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): loss of emotional well-being; loss of opportunity; loss of revenue or anticipated profits; loss of goodwill; losses suffered by third parties; or any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Sleep Dreams Australia service regardless of the form of action.
Enforcement of Terms
If there is any part of these terms and conditions that either Sleep Dreams Australia or you is unable to enforce, all other terms and conditions will remain enforceable.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Your use of the website and these terms and conditions are governed by the law of Western Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Western Australia.
Client Declaration
By accepting a consultation and related services with Sleep Dreams Australia, I agree to these Terms and Conditions. I have reviewed these terms carefully and if I do not agree to these terms in the future, I undertake to contact Sleep Dreams Australia immediately and cease its services.
